Baytii is the resident app for a residential complex. Your management office creates your record and issues your invite; the app shows you what that office holds about your tenancy, and lets you add a few things of your own.
Who holds your data
Your management complex is the controller of your data. Code Slice LLC builds and operates the software on their behalf. Each complex's data is isolated from every other complex's at the database level.
What the app collects

What the app does not do
- No advertising, and no tracking. There are no analytics or advertising SDKs in the app at all, and nothing is shared with third parties for marketing or measurement.
- No location. The app never requests or receives your location.
- No contacts, microphone or camera. You may attach a photo from your library; the app cannot open the camera.
- No payment details. Baytii does not take card or bank details. It shows what you owe; you pay your office directly.
- No selling of data. Ever, to anyone.
Who can see what
You can see your own records and your unit's. Your management office can see the records of the complex it manages. Residents cannot see one another's data, and one complex's staff cannot see another complex's — that separation is enforced by the database, not by the app.
Code Slice LLC staff may access data only to operate or repair the service.
Deleting your account
In the app, open More → Delete my account. This permanently deletes your login, including access to every complex it can open.
Your tenancy records stay with your management office. Invoices, payments, requests and the record of who lived where are the office's copy of an agreement you may still be inside, and they keep them for as long as the law and the tenancy require. Deleting your login does not, and should not, erase the other party's records.
If you cannot open the app, email hello@codeslicellc.com from the address on your account, or ask your management office, and we will delete your login for you.
Keeping it safe
Everything travels over HTTPS. Your session is held in the device's own secure store — the iOS keychain or the Android keystore — never in ordinary app storage.
Children
Baytii is for adult residents and household members recorded by an office. It is not directed at children.
Changes
If what the app collects changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves.
