What this is
Baytii is an app provided to residents of a residential complex that uses Baytii Manager. Your right to use it comes from your relationship with that complex; if you stop being a resident, your office can end your access.
Your account
Your office issues you an invite code. Your login is yours alone — do not share it. Tell your office promptly if you think someone else has it.
You may delete your login at any time from More → Delete my account. See what that does and does not delete.
What you may not do
- Try to reach another resident's or another complex's data.
- Upload anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to share.
- Interfere with the service or attempt to break its security.
Money
Baytii displays what your management office has recorded. It does not take payments and it does not decide what you owe. If a figure looks wrong, it is a conversation with your office — the app is a window onto their records, not a separate ledger.
Every amount is in Iraqi Dinar.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Maintenance, network outages and your own connection all affect it.
Liability
Baytii is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Code Slice LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.
